CANCELLATION POLICY
The reservation can be canceled up to 7 days before the arrival date with a charge of 50% of the deposit paid for the stay
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled arrival date and no-shows will be charged the total amount of the stay
ALL RATES, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF WEEKLY AND MONTHLY RATES, INCLUDE:
Change of bed linen every three days.
Room cleaning (10:30 - 13:30) (free upon request).
Italian breakfast served at the Piccolo Ristoro café 20 meters from the property, consisting of coffee (or similar beverage) or tea, a pastry of your choice, rusks with jam or Nutella.
Supply of coffee pods for the coffee machine in the common area.
Tea and herbal teas for the kettle in the room.
YOU CAN LEAVE YOUR LUGGAGE BEFORE CHECK-IN AND AFTER CHECK-OUT (no later than 13:30)
Small bags (up to 5 kg) free of charge, large bags 3 Euros each.
WE ACCEPT SMALL-MEDIUM SIZE DOGS (max. 1 per room, up to 15 kg, cost 12 euros per stay for in-depth cleaning and sanitation of the room)
